My wife gets annoyed that I keep pointing out holes in 2 as we go along.
I doubt I'll rewatch season 1 but will likely watch last 1-2 episodes.

That's funny about your wife comments....I remember when I did this with a co-worker about 24. I watched it well after he had. He said just don't think about it and enjoy it. He's right I guess.

I just finished the episode that ends with him answering the cell phone

I forget if that’s 2 or 3

Pretty sad though
Nationally baseball doesn’t draw the eyes it once did. There’s about 8-10 franchises that can make big local tv deals work but the appeal isn’t there nationally anymore. It’s a chicken vs the egg conundrum. Is this product of no salary cap? Or is it that a revenue sharing model fails when you count on 1/3 of the markets to carry everybody?

Or is it that the game is boring to watch on TV? I liked the way my grandfather did it; listened to the game on the radio in his breast pocket while getting stuff done. Plus,, it's the one sport during the nice season (for those of us who have seasons) when people would like to be out doing things.

There’s some truth to this for sure

Playoff numbers tend to be just fine and that’s when it starts getting cold and miserable lol

Fair,. I personally love the sport despite my Phil’s being the losingest franchise in North American sports history

Growing up our family didn’t have cable just national broadcast channels (nbc, fox, cbs) and some local channels. Some of the games would be televised but we mainly listened to the games on the radio. Like you said, you can get stuff done and we loved listening to Tom Hamilton. He is a legend and made it so exciting
