Romo said it best.......OBJ going off script affects/hurts entire offense. When you run a precision offense you kind of need the receivers to run the routes assigned to run. When they do, Baker and coach make it work.

Doesn't even mean OBJ cannot help someone though I have my doubts.

Pretty sure they worked with his agent to get him a better chance to be with a team of his choosing......but still could be the latter.

Guessing similar to last year but a deeper run in NCAAs maybe? would think we'd be better as added some talent and only lost Washington.

The Raiders have had an absolutely brutal season in terms of off field drama/issues.

Kind of amazing they are still in the thick of the AFC West race.
