I mean roughing the passer was a big part of that. Browns run game was dominant today though. Very impressive to run for a number like (217) when the opponent knows that’s what you want to do and are trying to take that away first.

Roughing questionable for sure but there was helmet to helmet. Thought the one they called on us earlier was worse. Needed one more drive earlier by the run game to not even give Baker a chance...but agree was more than solid overall.

The thing that's gonna suck for the Raiders is that barring something unforeseen happening, they are likely going to be 4th in the AFC West and miss the playoffs despite the fact that they'll probably be better than about half the teams that make it. lol

Their very good right tackle should be back either next week or the following week too.

I do not think I would bring him back against the Jets- I think we can beat the Jets without him.

The following week against the STeelers he should be ready to go.

If TJ Watt is truly out and Najee Harris is beat up - that game looks a little better.




Browns first 4 opponents are Carolina, NJY, Pittsburgh and Atlanta.

Even with a backup QB they might be able to go 4-0 for that.

If they do that---- 7 games until Watson comes back- if they can just go 2-5 in that stretch and be 6-5 they will have a shot. 3-4 they would be in very good shape.

thought from beginning a 3-1 start could be a must. 4-0 better of course.

really if Brisset does not turn the ball over and just plays competently they should be in most games.

I cannot wait to see Watson with that running game taking up so much attention.

Brisset is just not a guy who is going to get the ball downfield which is not good in todays league.

which is weird because he does seem to have a decent arm on those 15-20 yarders. He just cannot throw deep.

Honestly- one of the biggest regrets I have is the Browns could not put a team together while Joe Thomas was there.

I wish so much Joe had a couple more years in him and could be on this team and be in these games. Such a bummer.

One of the best offensive lineman of the past 20 years. Such a good guy- still so involvedi n everything and a Brown for life. Such a class act.

Joe Thomas and Phil Dawson were some of the only long term highlights of the years of pain.

I like Zegura but was hoping Thomas would get the job with Jimmy D. Maybe didn't want it (kids in school?).
