Why are they excited? Lol Baker played better but the Browns played awful defense in the 2nd. Still think it has to do with Woods’ scheme.

Panthers fans have an upgrade at QB but that’s it. The Browns future is Watson, not Brissett. They will struggle until Watson plays but we all knew this before

It'll be interesting to see what happens when he comes back. He'll have been out for nearly 2 years. I'd think they'd want to give him a couple of weeks practice before using him in a game.

He does get a couple weeks practice (maybe more) before he can play.

I’m not so sure. Baker seemed to have so many opportunities to go down and win games and it didn’t happen. Not all on him but they should have rolled today with Brissett too. So many missed opportunities, never should have been that close. If not for 3 wide open WR’s, the defense probably looks really damn good. Isn’t it just a coincidence that they seem to always have breakdowns. For a top 10 defense last year…that should happen as often as it does. Definitely frustrating.

are you talking about Baker's career (having chances to win and failing)? No doubt 2021 was bad for him but that's a fallacy from 2018-2020. He came through as often as not in those situations (maybe more often).

JJJ was pretty bad. doubt he's coached to play like that. sometimes it's the players who mess up.

No doubt was incredibly frustrating to watch.
