So as you all know I am not a health care pro or dietician but I am almost 51 and looking to fight off the grim reaper for as long as I can....which probably is only going to be 10-12 more years most likely.....I present to you a diet beer.....basically. only 95 calories and just 2.6 carbs per 25 oz serving. It's my new go to. But watery but whatever....better than other beers and it helps me sleep at night.
