Sorry Botslayer but you are dead wrong. It is the combination of drinking water and getting ice on the legs that prevents cramps from developing not just ice on the legs which is what I posted. Ice does help the process but won't completely stop them. You have to drink water and do the ice. Make sure you get the whole picture before you respond with what you responded with.

Gotta agree with Horns...I have never seen the Spurs look THAT sloppy and it can be argued that it had something to do with the Heat, or that Miami just caused those turnovers. The Heat had a stretch where they could of really pushed the lead up, but the Spurs went on a run and this was all before Lebron went out. In the end, yes Lebron went out, but D-Wade sort of dissapeared for the most part and nobody else came through like they did when Lebron had the cramp game against OKC.

Another way to look at it, Spurs shot 58%. LeBron didn't play the last 6 minutes. What was the score before LeBron got cramps?

It was a close game. A 50-50 game. The breaks fell the spurs way. We move on to game 2. but to pretend this game was some type of "impressive" win by the spurs is bizarre and foolish

86-82 when he started cramping. Outscored Miami by 19 after that.

well, i disagree there. hockey can be a VERY fun game to watch. just about as fast as basketball, and a whole lot tougher as far as physicality imo...
