Why isn't Cole the starter? He has been playing a lot better then Chalmers and he has a better shot and plays better defense.

My theory is MIA doesn't want to lose either but especially Rio. Rio is probably underpaid by more than a little and so is Cole. But Rio is happy being a starter and Cole knows he is coming up so he gets the bench. In a small ball line up Rio Cole and the big 3 seem so right on both ends but they just don't play it that much.

That being said they can lose 1 and it would be a minor issue.
