Hell, I grew up a stone's throw from SC in South Central L.A. it's kinda funny, actually. the girl was a top 1000 student and coulda went to ANY university she wanted(yes, she's THAT smart). her final choices were between UCLA, USC, and Stanford. she didn't wanna do what her mom did and attend Orel Roberts because...distance...

My son and I try to get to at least 1 USC game every year. We started going when he was 13 (he's 24 now). He's walked into/tripped over stuff more than once.

One time, one of his friends went with us. We're walking through Heritage Hall and I'm telling them about the Heismans, NC's etc. when I realize I'm by myself. So I go looking for them and find them by one of the back doors watching the song girls warm up.

I was a proud Dad that day. lol
