PG: Penny vs. Tiny: tiny was very good, but Penny was 6'7" and highly dynamic. Tiny would have no chance defensively giving up 6 inches and 50 pounds. Bad matchup for Tiny.
SG: Richmond vs. Maravich: Maravich was great, but Richmond had more experience from deep range. Edge to pistol, but Mitch can keep it competitive.
SF: LeBron vs. Pippen: Pippen is a great defender, but LeBron wins this matchup hands down. Pippen was best as a perimeter defender, but LeBron has 40 pounds on him. Bron is slowed, but he still does his thing.
PF: Unseld vs Garnett: Garnett had the advantage here, but Unseld can compete. KG's defensive prowess is somewhat wasted matched up against my 5th option offensively, and if he overhelps, Unseld gets rebounding position and easy stickbacks.
C: Kareem vs. Moses: good matchup, but clear advantage to Kareem

Bench:
Ellis is the best bench option on either team, IMO. Lever and Rose continue to beat up on Nos' dimunutive PGs and Cooper gets plenty of minutes matched up with Maravich. I would also have the option to go small ball with LBJ at the 4 whenever Perkins or Kukoc enter for KG. Eaton is great defensively, but nobody could block the sky hook.

This is a bad matchup for Tlance despite what he thinks, I have the perfect defensive players to slow down Lebron, my back court is easily better and Kareem has the advantage on Moses but not nearly enough to make a difference. Penny Hardaway is not the player Tlance is trying to say he was, Tiny runs circles around him and watches Penny throw up brick after brick,

I honestly believe I win this game easily. 115 - 101

This is a great match-up .The guy I really regret not spending extra to get was Moses, he could certainly hold his own with Kareem. LBJ is a great player, but Scottie and KG gives Nos an equal tandem. Big advantage is Pistol Pete over a good but not great Richmond. I know Penny is tall, but Tiny was a better player, as was KJ off Nos bench. Close game, but edge to Nos

Penny was 6'7 and Tiny could not shoot from deep. He plays off a step, and Tiny can't do a thing with all that length on him.

Both benches don't hit the milk wall so I will go solely by who has the best starters.

And that is TLANCE he has the best 2 players on the court. Even if you can contain them so much effort will be exerted that your going to be a much slower team. If nos had a better bench he would win this IMO even slightly.

Some keys: I felt like Unseld has been a matchup disaster from the start and this is where is absolutely is bad. KG is a huge mismatch IMO. While Maravich is a great player, I think Richmond can do a good job on him and Richmond was deadly from 3. Lebron will get his even though Pip was ridiculous. Pippen really doesn't offer anything on offense especially against Lebron. I do think Tiny has the advantage but it hurts him he cant hit the 3.
Kareem will get his.

I honestly think Tlance has the better team, but KG is a huge mismatch for Unseld, the weak link.

Nos in a toss-up, probably triple OT.

I don't think you have to double on Kareem or Lebron. Kareem will get his and so will Lebron. KG has 4 inches on Unseld and he plays longer than a 7 footer. IMO it is a huge mismatch but I feel like Lebron and Kareem can do enough to make this so close. This one could go either way IMO. Man both of these are great teams.
