I think the last time LA played Nashville it was that crazy WTF 7-6 OT loss.

Preds are treading water right now but still one hell of a team. Kings need a win (shocker) to stay on the right side of the playoff line. Quick/Rinne are the likely starters. Also I think its time Drew Doughty scores another goal.

I don't think I've seen a Kings team less interested to play a game this season. No effort, no support. They didn't give a fuck about trying to get out of the zone with control. No one wanted the puck. Idiots.

I had the same impression, but it appeared to me Nashville was simply better. Perhaps this is our team.

Unfortunately I remember quite a few games that they played worse and showed less interest in. We know how good these guys can be when they "want to", I understand all the excuses about not being as hungry to win and tired for playing so many games and their style wears the down ect....they still cash their checks as if they want to win.

In my view it looked like Nashville was much more the hungrier team to be sure. The Kings jumped out to the early lead and held on by the skin of their teeth until their big nemesis jumped up and bit them giving up the 2 goals in less than a 2-minute span.

I saw where a lot of posters blamed Muzzin for the second goal but he was just doing his job. As a defenseman he is supposed to try and block or defect pucks away from the goal. Unfortunate that his deflection went in the top of the net instead of being a foot or so higher or a few feet wider. In hindsight it would have been better to let Quick handle the shot but things happen really fast out on the ice. The Kings inability to generate anything close to offense was just as much to blame.
