Name guys who either never played for your team, or who had stints that you wish could have lasted longer.
1. Randy Moss - The Vikings never should have traded him. We should have traded Daunte Culpepper following the 2004 season, not Moss. Culpepper would have been worth a king's ransom prior to his injury and his career collapsing in 2005, and every Vikings fan knew he wouldn't be the same without Randy Moss on the team. Moss on the other hand, proved he could still succeed at a very high level for another 5+ years when he went to New England with Belichick and Brady leading the team. It's entirely possible that the 2009 Favre year could have still happened, because he wanted to stick it to Green Bay and would definitely have still been willing to join the Vikings that year with Moss on the team, assuming they still hadn't found a franchise QB (highly unlikely that would have changed). That offense with prime Adrian Peterson and Favre still not totally washed up would have been ridiculous. Also wish his second stint could have resulted in him retiring a Viking, but that obviously didn't happen with Brad Childress running the team as it spiraled into the dirt.
2. Larry Fitzgerald - I respect his decision to stay in Arizona for his entire career, but would have loved to see them bring Larry home for a potential title run, even as late in his career as 2019. Guy was a class act and one of the GOAT's who doesn't get enough credit for his accomplishments compared to other all time greats, IMO.
