My feeling aren't hurt at all. As I said, I'd have to give a damn about your opinion for that to happen. However, since you chose to hurl insults (as usual), the board has no use for your posts. I'm sorry that the only way to feel good about yourself is to insult other people. You're more like Bip than you'd like to think.

An OLB idea for Green Bay

One of the goals for the Green Bay Packers as they continue to transition from the group that finished 15-1 in 2011 to the group that hopes to be a serious contender for the Super Bowl again in 2012 is finding another pass-rusher to pair with standout Clay Matthews. And according to Ty Dunne of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, they may have a specific one in mind already: a league source has revealed to the scribe that the team has "significant interest" in Boise St.'s Shea McClellin, dating back to the Senior Bowl.

McClellin has played a versatile role for Boise St., and picked up 16.5 sacks over the past two seasons. Currently rated as the No. 2 OLB by Scouts, Inc. -- the No. 43 overall prospect -- he may be under consideration with the Pack's first pick at No. 28 overall.

Here's Gary Horton of Scouts, Inc. on why a first-round pick invested at the position makes sense.

Pittsburgh's first pick

"This draft is so deep at defensive tackle that it's easy to see the Steelers looking in that direction on draft day. The one thing about Pittsburgh's defense is that it's aging, quickly -- the Steelers need an infusion of youth and talent. Then again, they also could use some reinforcements to help protect Ben Roethlisberger. But the needs along the defensive line would seem to be the most pressing and if there's a bona fide prospect available, Pittsburgh could pounce on him."

Seattle thinking LB now?

In recent seasons, the current Seattle Seahawks ruling class has had no problems cutting ties with players acquired by the previous administration, and that's been especially true at linebacker: Aaron Curry and Lofa Tatupu were jettisoned last season, and the team was outbid for David Hawthorne this week.

But as the team says goodbye to another familiar face, does this put them in a bind at the position? It's an interesting consideration as the draft approaches. At the No. 12 overall slot, there have been many different prospects shipped to Seattle in mock drafts thus far, but with Hawthorne gone, does this increase the chances that they'll target an LB with that pick?

Two players that may be under consideration are BC's Luke Kuechly and Alabama's Dont'a Hightower. Kuechly has been a popular choice for teams like the Carolina Panthers (at No. 9) and Kansas City Chiefs (at No. 11), so there's no guarantee he'll be on the board when the Seahawks pick. As for Hightower, he's generally being projected as a late first-rounder (the Pittsburgh Steelers, at No. 24, being a popular destination in the mocks), so the value may not be there; then again, if he becomes a stalwart on D for Seattle for the next several seasons, it won't really matter if they overbid for him on draft day.

Lol.... this is kinda funny. I wrote in "mock 2.0" that the Jets would trade up for Ingram and it appears others are starting to think the same thing.

12. Jets (trade w/seahawks): Melvin Ingram OLB 6'1½" 264
First curve-ball of the draft. The Jets needing to improve their pass rush and fearing another 3-4 team (San Diego, Texans, Patriots) may beat them to the punch trade up for the former Gamecock.

excerpt~

On the other side of the ball, the Jets have a high level of interest in South Carolina DE/OLB Melvin Ingram. In fact, Cimini believes that the versatile Ingram may be a player that is their target in a trade-up scenario.
