I would think about getting another SS. I like Baez, but his AVE is going to hurt you and there are questions about his playing time in Chicago.

Let me rephrase that a little bit. I meant pick up another SS on your bench as insurance in case Baez needs another year before being ready.

Good suggestion. There really isn't much on the waiver wire though. And I doubt Baez isn't starter at the beginning of the season. I really don't need Pearce either.

I love the OF, 1B, SP, RP. I agree with Obx about insurance for Baez, and you might need some for Bryant as well, Castellanos has upside, but I think he's more of a keeper pick, and he's batting 7th in that lineup which will put a damper on his production.

Pearce is OF eligible, right? Might be handy to hang onto him for now. No Util spot?

I give this team a C-, maybe even a D... Not a fan of it at all...

You have very little speed after Billy Hamilton... Hamilton will not be enough to win you that category, and he is bad at everything else that he will hurt you in every thing else...

I hate the fact that you are starting 5 OF and you only have 5 OF, while Rusney Castillo might not even have a starting spot yet...

You are starting 3 Cubs rookies, too much potential for failure there... Not to mention None are going to hit for a high BA or OBP...

So, I don't see you having a good team in BA,SB,Runs... your offensive strength is HR and RBIs, but in a 10 team league that is almost everyone elses strength... But with too many hitters that wont hit for too many HRs, your strength is just not that Strong...

Your RP are weak, especially in a 10 team league... Rosenthal, even though he gets saves, he is one of the worst closers in ERA and WHIP, and that will hurt you... Uehera is one of the most likely closers to lose his job, and Robertson has not been pitching well in spring, and there are rumors that he may be hurt...

Your rotation is eh. But probably your least concern...

Ugh, I glossed over the 10 team part. Agreed with Milk about the rookies. Kinda sorta agree with him about the relievers, but I do like Rosenthal a bit more than him. Just keep an eye on Robertson. In a 10-teamer, there should be some good RP options out there.

I still love your starters, 10-team or not. As for CI, I'd look for someone better than Castellanos.

Who's on waivers?

He will need a 3b for at least 10 days while Bryant is sent down. In a few of my leagues I have been able to pick Wright up late. Without knowing what his waiver looks like, I would say look for Wright or Zimmerman.

Wright and Zimm on waivers????? I would hope there is no chance of that.

Don't like Rosario. Or your SS situation.

I think you're fine everywhere else....although 3rd could be iffy.

And Phillips is pretty near done, IMO. Might want to check out the MI on waivers.

I just looked at Yahoo, Wright is owned in 97% and Zimmerman in 93% of leagues. That doesn't say where they were drafted.

Yeah, that's what I drafted I drafted Castellanos for late. There's really nothing on the waiver wire for 3b though. A-Rod, Semien, Chisenhall, and Plouffe are the only ones left.

I just saw Baez got sent down, so I'll have to pick up some garbage ss. I always wait on middle infield.

I just noticed the stolen bases issue, but a lot of SBs can be added via waiver wire.

I also don't think it looks too great, but I took a lot of high risk high reward players. If Bryant and Soler come into the league on fire and Votto bounces back, I think it can be a powerful line up. I'm also going to be scouring the waiver wire for hitters that go off.

Pick up Semien. He'll have SS eligibility after 10 games.
