How many teams and is this a keeper? those 4 Rb's plus Bryant is just insanely good in anything higher than an 8 team league..and even in an 8 teamer, that's pretty nice

That roster is awesome, but in a 8-team league I bet everyone's rosters look awesome. Too difficult to judge.

5pt per TD regardless, 5pt bonus for every ten yards in length on the scoring play (I.e.- 51 yd. TD pass=30pts for both receiver and QB individually) including defensive returns for scores, kick and punt returns (which score burgh Def team and individual player)
1 pt 25yds rushing/receiving
1pt 50yds passing
Points for "out of position stats" need only half the yardage requirements (I.e. QB's & WR's &TE's need only 10yds rushing for a point, likewise with RB's receiving or passing etc..)
Minus 5 for any turnover, minus 2 for any fumble regardless of who recovered it.
And Defenses have been known to score anywhere from 100+ to negative 200.
Even the kicker can kick a 30pt FG if it's an NFL record

Automatic loss of you start a D on a bye, or "forget" to enter one in your lineup

Needless to say, Seattle might go in the first 4 rounds, and I wouldn't blame them too much

Take NE and Pitt, Treff! Seattle face six (if you include Was and SD) really good offenses and their bye in the first seven weeks! Albeit they did shut down the Broncos in the SB, but that's tough and not worth a high pick, IMO.

As for the team very average for 8 teams. Stars win in 8 teams and you have one. One that has a extremely fragile QB situation which you bought into as well unfortunately. I don't see this team contending unless some really good trades are made and some key FA additions throughout the season.

I don't know how you define stars. . But at minimum, by anyone's definition, he has 2 in Dez and Forte, arguable Foster, Gio, Murray, Romo, Ryan, Cruz and White

Foster, Gio, Murray, Romo , Murray, Ryan, Cruz and White are not stars. Four are rebound candidates with question marks. Expectations are Gio takes a small step back with Hill stealing touches especially goal line touches. Fully expected the Cowboys to be playing from behind a ton this year thanks to the defense so if Murray is healthy that means less touches. All that heavy lifting will make Romo's already weak back crumble.

Based on the last 3 year averages, he ranks 8th among all QB, averaging 4349.3 yards and 30.7 TD.

What do I seem to be missing?
