i grew up on country.. almost all my life. i know everything/lyrics/artists/songs etc. up until 2005, it was all i knew (kinda sad). i like a little variation otherwise people sound the same to me.

now i just listen to classic rock and country (usually older country)

rap sucks, pop sucks, new rock is garbage
