Well, these guys are starting to be a good watch. I’m not willing to give in to thinking they’ve figured it out, but something feels a little different lately and the production helps validate. Mike Ford has officially arrived and Tom Murphy needs to be the starter, sit down Cal.

I was watching just wasn't posting.

Four straight good wins against good teams. I won't dare say they've figured something out, but this is good for the momentum of the team. I agree regarding Cal and Tom Murphy. At a minimum I'd make sure that Murphy is in the lineup against lefties, here are his career splits against righties/lefties:

Tom Murphy career versus RHP: 218G, 22 HR, .221/.277/.414
Tom Murphy career versus LHP: 210G, 23 HR, .261/.351/.495

Cal Raleigh career versus RHP: 223G, 36 HR, .206/.276/.441
Cal Raleigh career versus LHP: 106G, 4 HR, .214/.297/.377

It's weird because Raleigh seems to have better BA/OBP against lefties, but doesn't hit for power against them.

Happy to see that Julio and Kirby got added to the AS team.

Julio didn't really deserve the nod, but I'm happy that we'll get some representation in the game at the plate aside from the HR Derby.

Anyone going to any of the events? I was going to buy tickets to the AS game or HR derby, but the prices are absurd and I know an Uber back to Bellevue would cost me a fortune so I couldn't justify spending $350 on standing room only tickets.

I'm going to go to the Capital One Play Ball Park so that I'm able to attend something lol. Tickets only are $35 a pop, and they're free if you have a Capital One credit card.

We had to watch tonight delayed but what a scrappy win. Take away the horrible performance by Sewald, the fellas showed that never give up attitude two nights in a row. Scott opted to pull our hottest hitters and replace with ice boxes in multiple spots in the lineup but managed the win, cheers to you. I dare you to win four games in a row with your dumb antics, prove us wrong.

You losing faith is Scott ? I did a long time ago, BUT last years run gave me a little hope, but he does do head scratching things sometimes …

Funny how this team always starts off slow then starts to hit when it warms up months later.

Maybe an outdoor field wasn't the brightest idea. Or close the roof and wall it in until summer starts.
