9 wins and 6 losses over that 15 game stretch.

You can heave really good pitching ( which the Mariners clearly have ) But you have got to produce runs.

Scoring just a hair under 6 runs a game in that stretch is fantastic and is obviously the key to their success moving forward.

Cal Raleigh needs to concede some playing time to Murphy ( more of an even split ) unless he gets his bat going.

Not sure of the number of HR's Julio and / or Kelenic have hit over the past 30 days, but it ain't too many. I will take base knocks with risp over their lack of HR production any time.

The home runs will come when they come, you can't always be swinging for the fences. 9-12 base hits per game and plating 5-6 runs a game coupled with a pitching staff that likely holds most opponents to less than 4 runs is a great recipe for success.

Turned on the Reds vs Brewers game to watch the De La Cruz kid play. Wow! He gets a two out single to break a 5-5 tie in the 7th I believe. Then he steals second. Then he steals 3rd on the next pitch standing up. The catcher then throws the ball back to the pitcher who catches it and walks back to the mound. As he is doing that, the kid flies home head first for a run. Amazing.

I don't get worked up like the old days, but I get ticked that they waste a great pitching outing. I mean we are who we are, but don't waste those outings.

Yes it is just 1 game ......... ONE GAME WE SHOULD HAVE WON. Thanks to a fantastic pitching job by Woo.
