It amazes me how the A's continue to put together their team via their farm system, blue collar workers and journeyman players, yet continue to stay so competitive each and every year... I'm envious of what they're able to do on a regular basis w/out giving up the farm...

Haha... I laughed... There is no rhyme or reason as to why Weeks has been playing more than Ackley... None... Ackley is the better all around player...

Ackley is 3 for 9 with only 3 K's... At least Ackley puts the ball in play...

Weeks is 1 for 11 with 6 K's...

I have to admit, i'm pleasantly surprised with the kind of game Happ has pitched... We needed him to give us 6 strong innings and he's done so by only throwing 74 pitches so far...

Hopefully the M's can get some of the hits to fall in the gaps...

Yeah... Great game pitched by Happ... It was only a matter of time... The heart of the M's order (Cano, Cruz, Seager) need to start pulling their weight... Hitting .111, .167 and .188 isn't going to cut it...
