Well how do you do that? Sensors on the players uniforms determining what the strike zone is at the moment? Figure out the batters height and determine what the strike zone should be for an "appropriate stance" for a player of that stature? The only thing I could see is tracking left/right but the top and bottom of the zone is in flux.

There are systems in use right now capable of tracking the ball as it moves through the strike zone and they all adjust to the batter at the plate. The technology is there, but getting the umpires to willing use it or to agree to let the tech replace them is what's going to prevent it from happening for a long time.
