That's how I see it.
But they're wasting their time playing non-scholarship athletics when they've probably accomplished pretty much everything possible in D3.
D2 is where it's at.
Mount Union can convince the other private schools at that level in Ohio with football to form a league with them, including two others in Stark County.
UW-Whitewater I have linked to being in an offshoot of the NSIC consisting of the league's non-Minnesota schools.
