I'm always interested in these preseason games because it gives us a chance to see how the 2nd & 3rd stringers perform, keeping an eye out for those on the roster bubble, etc. But I'm also use to the 2nd to last game being the one featuring the starters for a good portion of the game. So this one will likely be a snoozer, especially considering that next week will pretty much be a repeat of today.

I like Nall and think he offers a nice all-around package to his play. I think it depends on how the Bears want to fill the roster. Would we keep 4 RBs? It's possible, but I'm suspecting they'll instead go with 3 and a FB. So the question is would they replace Mike Burton, who's a solid blocking FB, with Nall, who brings more versatility, but maybe not quite the blocker? My guess is he'll be placed on the practice squad.

I bolded the part where I agree with your opinion 110%. I have no choice but to shake my head at times when I read some of those "opinions" (translation: statements of sheer stupidity) on those sites. I am grateful that these clowns don't hang out in here. I enjoy posting on a board where my fellow Bears fans are at least grounded in reality. As of this date, it's the only sports board where I post.
