Plus we seem to act fast when needed.. .A lot of other teams in far worse shape making the wrong moves year in and year out... We have been pretty dependable making good moves. Not all are "good" I know, but we have a pretty darn franchise historically that I will give us the benefit of the doubt on. The ownership will be interesting and obviously a key.

I don't know if they are the MOST dysfunctional but I live in the Redskins market and thank God above the Broncos aren't as dysfunctional as they are. The Redksins are awful. Just look at the way Cousins contract has gone. All the football people who've ever worked with him say pay him and all the people who are hesitant to do so haven't taken a single snap in tHE GAME: NFL or pop warner! And that's just one example. I don't know that the Redksins are the worst but they are by a long short more dysfunctional than the Broncos.

IMO he will be treated the best possible . Pat is class and I thought he kind of lost that in the McD era but I can kind of get why Pat was looking at the NE way of doing things ..

Elway may be looking for part ownership. He was offered part ownership as a player and declined. That piece would now be worth $420MM.
