Burns is someone I want the Cowboys to pick at the end of the 4th round with the comp pick. I don't think he will last past the 5th.

Punt and kick return specialist and a average CB would about do it.

However he is the Nations leading Punt and kickoff return specialist and its time to give Rich Bisaccia a solid return guy.
