He is alright nothing to brag abouthow good is sweat? If he able to be the best player rushing the QB?
Sweat has yet to be unleashed. His ceiling could very well be extremely high. He is currently our best pash rusher and is a very good run defender. You will receive very good value for a 2nd rounder. Now you have to pay him what he wants to retain him for the next 5 years. I would have rather traded Young than Sweat.how good is sweat? If he able to be the best player rushing the QB?
I agree. Sweat is a great run stopper and is always available.Sweat has yet to be unleashed. His ceiling could very well be extremely high. As of now that pick is 37. Not bad. Hate to see Sweat go.
Interested to see what the run defense looks like moving forward.
Interested to see if Toohill can step up and keep us from having to draft an edge early.
Saved about 20m.....no excuse not to fix this line the right way through FA and the draft.
What's done is done. The Bears 2nd is about as good a return you could hope for.
Sweat is a really good player. They cannot afford to miss with this pick.
Pro Football Network has the Bears with 2, 3, 37, and 68, so i dont think so.don't the bears own Carolinas' 2nd too in 2024 or am i off?
I dont believe the team will trade both Sweat and Young. That seems like cutting off your nose to spite your face.
With Sweat traded, the Commanders have cap flexibility and a chance for the players they drafted to shine. Maybe Toohill is for real? Maybe Smith Williams? Maybe Obada? Maybe the rookie from this year?
No reason to trade Young unless you get a first. Even then, I wouldn't trade him unless you get more than one draft pick. Why?
Trust the process?

Maybe young said he wants out or his agent did.I dont believe the team will trade both Sweat and Young. That seems like cutting off your nose to spite your face.
