How about an NFL Decades draft where we have to draft 4 players from each decade. Additionally, there is a $17 million per decade cap, making the cap effectively $102 million, but spread out. Each team must also take 2 offensive and 2 defensive players from each decade.

Love this idea but just not a fan of the budget per decade. I say we just spread it out...I do like the offensive and defensive player rule though. Nice little wrinkle

We can take out the budget per decade and just go $100 million flat. I like the O/D wrinkle as well, I think that will make all the teams more apples to apples

Cut the 2010's and 1960's, go 6 per decade, 3 off 3 def each?

I believe if we include a third sport in this super draft it should be hockey not basketball unless we can come up with something different for hoops.

Just thinking about this, if we have 11 people in the draft 3 per would make 33 pitchers from 1948, not sure that works.

Okay, so I think we are pretty good with MLB & NFL now we need to figure out sport 3

We don't have to do NHL so... College FB or BB, Golf or Tennis are really the only other options...
