Not sure about the yankees one? If that's 212, it's the wrong code. The bronx has always been 718, like Queens. 212 is Manhattan.

Some are clearly better than others. The Giants one kinda sucks. The Padres is a cool one. The best may be the Braves, though.

I didn't see all 30 teams, either. There were a bunch of other mash-ups by the same artist, so maybe the rest of them are buried somewhere.
