Fair enough, you have the top NL defensive catcher and I have the top AL catcher, they maxed out at 2.9 and 2.7 dwars. Weiters is just entering his prime, Yadi has some great defensive years after Weiters age. Perez is still my favorite, just not enough experience.

Question? how good is your catcher if Yadi is out, lol.

ok, we all looked at a lot of players from 2000-14,

I was looking at Jimmy Rollins stats. After 2007 his triples cut in half to then 1/4 and his HR's dropped. Ryan Howard fell apart. etc.

Did anyone else see numbers drop on players who played before and after the ban of PED's?
And more injuries.

Its crazy how many players numbers have declines after 07-08. I know its not fair to accuse but the numbers really tell a story. Canseco said what 50 percent or more players, that it was regularly in clubhouses, everyone had access to them.

Just a lot of "coincidences"

I was having some fun at Verlander's horrible clutch game performances. It was more to get Smitty riled up.

but you have to wonder if your house was on the line, do you go with Verlander, or Lincecum, Beckett, Schilling, etc when it matters most. Guys who have come up clutch and not just against sub .500 AL Central teams during the regular season.

Don't kid yourself, if I drafted Verlander, I wouldn't be talking about his big stage performances.

Hey Ritz, who are gonna start game two for Harper? He's obviously going to get hurt.

Harper will play hard game 1 run into a wall and then game 2 Rios will replace him and do better then Harper all season. Not worried at all. Lol. I love how Harper plays all out but it has gotten him banged up in the process. Can't fault a guy for hustle.
