Damn it. It turned out to just be a lovers spat. Just after this vid ended, they basically apologized to each other for the last 20 years of fighting and they shook hands and hugged.
I would have preferred they actually took it outside like the one drunked Philly idiot was trying to get then to do.
I lived in Philly in '93...am a lifelong Phillies phan. The Phillies shouldn't have even been in that WS...it was a fun team, but the Braves were a far superior team that they took out to meet Toronto. Was I disappointed when Mitch gave up the walk-off...absolutely. But get over it...it wasn't worth the death threats he received...and it sure isn't worth a bashing by someone with Dykstra's past. Every game you went to, you expected a nail-biter at the end...that is part of what made that season memorable and exciting.
