Indeed

From what I heard he called them all soft.....not just the offense. The defense is most definitely not soft, but the way they are built is to play with a lead, not to be trailing by 13-17 points, which is what the offense does when they turn the ball over as much as they do.
The next OC is in the building. His name is Gary Kubiak.
Former HC Gary Kubiak? You think he will want to come back as a coordinator? The next OC is in the building. His name is Gary Kubiak.
Elway needs to go buy himself a QB.According to the little voices in my head or as some say, " my sources " , I believe this team is headed for some tough times ahead and a " rebuild " is not a option. It's a necessity. Number one priority better be a QB.
Watson , Bmarsh and CJ = $18MMHow are they going to buy a 20-25 mil FA QB. Add a TE RT G RB WR. Keep our D intact.
Watson , Bmarsh and CJ = $18MM
All three very expendable
Who cares about any of those offensive position if we don't have a Qb
Go ask GB how they feel right now
Lynch is another $2.5 mm
Keep trevor get rid of the butt pirate
Trevor is gone, IMO
Guessing we get rid of two vet contracts.
Watson is a given. (Not counting him)
Anderson and sadly for me Marshall seem very possible. I expect Anderson to go. Booker is our best RB on our roster and I expect his PT to pick up the rest of the year.
After further review, BMarsh would still have $6MM dead money so not much cap savings but he's not worth $7MM a year. You can easily draft a 2nd or 3rd round ILber to play better than him.
Booker last game took about 70% of the snaps. He's already our full time starter.
Washington could transition tag Cousins meaning they could match an offer sheet.
I wouldn't mind drafting a top 5 QB and signing someone like Eli if he is cut loose.
I think SF could still flip Jimmy G.
DT is now a possession WR still a big body but not that explosive any longer.
Do you see a Den SF trade (swapping #1's) on draft day

I agree 100%. No coach will want to work with Elway.
Hey Jumpman, don’t remember seeing you post on here. Welcome!Hopefully Bill Musgrave's game plan can provide a spark to the offense.
