Yeah, but KSU had 3 total wins in the 4 years prior to Snyder's first year.
Let me guess, he won 5 times per year consistently...From 1972-1997 (25 years), Oregon State never had more than 4 wins in a season......and only had 4 wins 4 times during that span.
Insert Mike Riley, everything changes.

Let's not talk facts around here.

Eh, Oregon State's success didn't start until they hired Dennis Erickson in 1999. Sure, Riley was able to have some success after Erickson left, but since 2009 his teams' were mostly bad. Nebraska did the Beavs a huge favor by hiring Riley.
When Erickson came in he had Riley's recruits.
Some, but he also brought in a lot of JUCO guys and transfers like Chad Johnson. The best Riley did with those recruita was win 5 games. I'm sorry y'all got stuck with Riley, I was hoping he would stay in Corvallis forever.
What is the excuse for Riley's stretch of 10, 9, and 9 win seasons with wins over #1 USC, #2 USC, and #2 Cal?
