That's good, because we're a few million short of the amount of money we need for injuries, bonuses and rookies.

I suppose we still don't need linemen?

They had to clear cap space for Marshall Newhouse's extension. His veteran minimum 750,000$ may bankrupt the poor cash strapped Bengals

They must be confident they will resign Clint Boling.

Stupid. The guy is no world beater, but he's more than adequate at multiple positions on the line, the very definition of a good reserve.

I guarantee we take a linemen with one of our top 2 picks.

Other than RB, QB, and possibly CB (depending how sold the coaching staff is on Dennard and Kirkpatrick) I see everything on the table in the early rounds.

Given Marvin's offseason quotes, top tier of the NFL capspace, and more needs than can be filled in the draft it should be an interesting FA period

He has had a knee injury that still hasn't healed. Not a surprise he was cut.

I don't expect Suh or a big name FA on the first day, but they have cap space they need to eat up unless they plan on giving AJ a longterm deal in the summer. I think they'll sign a solid starter or two

this whole cap space and floor spend thing is a joke.

Does anyone think the league is going to force the Jaguars to spend to the floor?
How easy would it be for the Saints and Patriots to free up space in the near future, and won't some of their players simply just restructure?

The cap is just the latest scapegoat for teams that have set their own budget for the kind of profits they want to operate under.
