unless he has all the ingredients of the '99 Rams, he can't get his offense going? to start with you need a really REALLY good QB. or maybe 10 years later that scheme just doesn't work anymore?

maybe its like Walsh who had to morph his WCO quickly?

Wrong. The Bears just have one of the worst OLs in the last decade & their skill position players are crap.

There O-line is crap but his playcalling doesn't help that. Forte is good, and Hester and Knox are servicable. I think there are teams with far less talent on that side of the ball.

The Bears' offensive roster is a disaster. It's not Martz' fault. He did pretty well last season with almost the same offensive players; but they lost their starting C & TE. Now they have nothing. "Serviceable" for Hester & Knox is a compliment.

I think Knox can be "serviceable". Hester should only see the field on kick returns.
