so making a BCS bowl is not legitimate unless tOSU, OU, some Texas school, some Florida school and some California school also make a BCS game at the same time?

When over 1/3 of all the BCS bowl games slots ever selected are reped by schools from those segments, its not stupid, its truth!! I am talking about 11 schools out of 120.
