Man oh man...the Spartan defense is damn impressive...Iowa's final rushing stats are: 16 rushes for only 23 total yards...yikes! Yes, this means the Spartan punter had more rush yards on the fake punt than the entire Iowa output...yikes again!
I'm a fan of both programs, but beginning next year these two schools will be in separate divisions and as a result, won't play on a regular basis...I'm going to miss these yearly matchups between the Spartans & Hawkeyes...these games are usually very tough & hard fought contests.
If I'm not mistaken, the next time these two teams play each other will be 2017 at East Lansing.
