that was an amazing final minute of basketball. big win for wisky
That about does it for cbb the rest of the day unless you care about cellar dwellers Illinois @ Penn St at 4:15 (ET) on BTN.
Creighton at st johns should be decent. cuse has a decent game but should handle it at home
The only time I can stomach watching Creighton is when they're playing Nebraska

That last 40 second had so many twists. First we won (Kaminsky three), then we gave them a huge shot (Harris three...then ruled a 2), then we won again (fouled guy who is 50-53 on FTs), the they had a chance (Brust misses), then it was going to OT (Payne three), then we won (Jackson two), then we looked doom (Trice heave), then we won again (it missed).
It was a great game, and I'm really proud of this team. At the same time, they turned it over left and right and were dominated on the boards.
If MSU can ever get the big four healthy, that team is scary good. With two of them injured and Harris a no-show, Payne almost single-handedly won it. When one out of a big four is capable of taking a top 25 team down to the wire in their house, all four is just a scary thought. If they can get healthy, I have zero doubts that is the best team in the country.
That would be yours truly, taken at a family get together last year. Don't hate me just because I'm purdy. Can you explain the pimp avy, Tom.

Huge win for Bucky, needed that. Now we have a shot at 12-6, which won't win the B1G but it would put us at 25-6, with a shot at a 2 seed depending on what happens in the B1G Tourney.
There are 5 teams in the B10 that have legit chances at top 4 seeds IMO. Not too bad for a league that has " no dominant team"... LOL
There's an incredible amount of depth in the B1G this year. Wisconsin went 13-0 with a top 5 noncon SOS and is currently 6-5 in conference play. Which by the way reminds me, I fucking hate rankings. If anyone can give any legitimate explanation as to why Memphis, Texas, Creighton or Virginia are ahead of Wisconsin, let me know.
All of those are legitimate questions except for Virginia. They are on a HUGE roll, and as much as you might not like it when you lose 5 out of 6 games that will always be reflected in a big drop in the rankings.
