No disrespect to Mike but he had Drew Brees. Drew did wonders for a lot of WRs.
Mike is a tough son of a gun, but we already have tight ends. He's a 3rd down converter at this point IMO

Right now, third-round pick Luke McCaffery is currently projected to be the offense's starting slot receiver and McCaffery was a reach according to B/R's scouting department, ranking 290th on the final big board.
   While Thomas is well past his prime, it would be in Daniels' and Washington's best interest to add the veteran wideout and kick the tires on him to see what he has left in the tank.

You can’t do anything about Higgins till he signs his tag .

My opinion is why give up resources to get a guy you can get next year as an FA ?

Right now he is a one year rental
