I agree. But that rule was changed so anytime an elbow is used they are calling a flagrant. No more clear outs allowed. Guys just need to use their legs and body to move a defender off of them.

the problem with that is officiating. using your legs and body doesn't work when teams like Louisville and West Virginia smother and hack all game long and get way with it
