It is the state's case, not her. The only thing I question is that the police did not request any DNA samples. I am no expert in these types of things, but I would think that if the police were really looking into a sexual crime, they would have requested DNA samples. Where are the attorneys who know this stuff?

Gotta say, cops usually have a pretty rough job. But it's a pretty solid day when you show up on a call and a (presumably) hot woman is naked in bed, miming sex.
At least until you have to get her out of there.

Hold on. This could be more serious than I thought. I've seen this X Files episode. The old Asian nurse gives the elderly patients in the nursing home those spirit mushrooms & the old guy spirit-rapes one of the young nurses & nobody believes her.
