What about the ones before when he had a top 5 player in Wade. Our coach is average and wastes talent. He knows X's and O's and can teach but just not a good game day coach or motivator. I think we get beat by 20 in Charlotte. Hope I am wrong, but thought Charlotte in 6 after seeing the clown show that was this coach down the stretch in game 4.

Look at the roster during those 2 years. Blaming Spo for that is pretty stupid. It was a shit roster carried by Wade. Also one season they played the Celtics in round 1 when they went on to lose to the Lakers in 7 games in the NBA finals

Again, not blaming him... just like I wasn't blaming whoever it was you were accusing me of doing so earlier... simply pointing out a stat of note that too often occurs and too often hinders our chances... certainly wasn't the reason or only reason we lost today

Josh McRoberts played 16 minutes tonight.

Wade and Whiteside only played 32. In a must win game, Wade minutes should be around 35 and if McRoberts is the backup C for Hassan, Whiteside minutes should be around 36-38

We are so bad. Shooting shit from 3. Allowing huge percentage from 3. The rookies have just been god awful.

However, the clown show which is Spolestra leaves Richardson in there down the stretch rather than a max point guard who had been playing really well. Spolestra is a mediocre coach who can't get much from his talent. Just a

Agree. Seriously, if you look at the Eastern conference and teams in the playoffs, I place at least 4 or 5 coaches if we include the Atlanta coach ahead of Spokestra as far as getting more with less. The Hornets, Hawks and Celtics with lessor talent had the same record as us. Stan got more from the Pistons as well. Also, any of those coaches can win 2 titles with the BIG 3. Spolestra will cost this team getting blown up. Dragic, a max player had limits minutes down the stretch in games 4 and games 5. The half court sets by the Heat were awful yet again. No plays for WHITESIDE down the stretch. Just iso for Wade and Johnson.

Speaking of willing the team to victory... thats something he has to keep himself from doing... and all of our guys for that matter... help the team without having to feel you have to " will" them to victory. play within yourself and let it all fall into place

If he's playing terribly, McRoberts is not the guy to replace him. Amare is the much better option. McRoberts is useless. He does nothing. You don't even notice he's on the court

Nope not sure if you remember but I mentioned if he started that lineup in the 4th (because he used it at the start of the 2nd), we were going to lose the game.

Up 6 going to the 4th and we start the quarter with that shitty lineup in game 5 of the playoffs. Scored 2 points in that period. If Wade or Hassan is out there, we likely would have increased our 3rd quarter lead within those first 5 minutes as Charlotte was struggling on offense

We played well on defense and held them under 40 percent in game 5 and game 4. Playoffs are a half court game and when you have a coach that is offensively challenged and who does not have the best player in the world to bail him out, then there you go.
