This game reminded me of the Geeants loss and the Lions loss. We had leads in both games going into the fourth quarter and then Fisher did nothing when the defense began to implode with these ridiculous undisciplined penalties. Again, as I have recently stated, we will never be a winning team with this organizational hiearchy intact and this dumbass of a drama queen HC still coaching!!

This team could easily be 8-2 or 7-3 if the offense was just mediocre. Hell, even with how bad they've played, they should have 6 or 7 wins.

Which is why if and when Fisher gets canned, I hope that they keep Williams on as DC. The defense has kept them in all of these games lately while the offense has sputtered.

The defensive staff has done an outstanding job considering we lost Jenkins and McLeod. They need to be retained if/when Fisher is fired.

I agree as I thought that the secondary was going to be taking a step back this year. They have played much better than I thought and I think the defensive staff should get a lot of credit for that. While I hated losing Long, I knew we had plenty of depth to cover his loss.

This is a disappointing loss.

Up 10 going into the 4th, up 3 with 2 minutes left should give you a win on most days.

I wasn't expecting fireworks from Goff, but he was supposed to an upgrade from Keenum for downfield play due to his "strong arm" and yet he was 0-5 on all his throws that went 10 yards or more down field.

I'm glad he finally is getting game experience, but I think we all need to temper our expectations because he clearly isn't going to come in and play like Prescott has.

And that is disappointing in itself.

I was thinking the same thing but was thinking of Wentz. He's way behind Wentz. Not just throwing the ball but checking plays at the LOS and checking out of a play. Wentz seems to be in total control of the offense. He does have a quick release but I thought he would be more mobile when chased out of the pocket.

They actually played the Pats tough today only down by 3 going into the 4th quarter. Kaepernick is playing good too. Not sure if we could even beat them right now.
