I didn't see this posted but wanted to give a shout out for all of our brothers and sisters that have died for us and the freedoms we have.

It's not a perfect world and never will be but it only takes a second to honor them.

Nice post Boss. My dad island hopped in WWII, my older half-brother did 2 tours in nam, one of my nephews did tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, my other nephew is off the coast of Pakistan right now. Too many people forget the sacrifices these men and women have made for us and continue to do so. Thanks for posting this.

Thanks BTM and this goes to our Canadian friends as well. Like I said it's not a perfect world but things could be a lot worse had our family, friends, allies and brothers and sisters not made the ultimate sacrifice for us all.

Not to get political here but women in Saudi Arabia are not allowed to even drive a car, Girls in so many countries are not allowed to go to school.......the list goes on and on, people are killed because they are not "allowed" to believe what they want to believe.

I could rant forever here but as I said just a shout out for those that make it possible for us to have the freedoms we have.

Classy post Boss. Happy Memorial Day weekend to my friends south of the border. I'm not sure if its coincidence or what but it seems strange to me that we don't celebrate Memorial Day up here yet the Memorial Cup final game is often (if not always) played that same weekend.
