Just said if you combined last years draft and this yrs draft that Cooper would be the 4rth WR taken. Wow to me that is saying a ton about Watkins, Evans, Beckham

He's going to have to top Cook and Benjamin to get there too. Just imagine that! In order to live up to your projection, you have to top (Watkins') 65/982/6 your rookie year. The rest of the top 6 rookies finished above that or were on pace to be close before season ending injury.

Not to hijack your thread...
They'll probably be saying that next year, about the top 2016 RB after this year's group. This draft really does have it all at that position. If we wanted to minimize our expense there and let Murray walk, we could. Every pick thru the first 3 rounds we could find a starting caliber of RB, and with the line we've assembled, they'd prolly look like all-stars that first year too.

and at the end of the day...isn't it just his opinion and hardly a fact?
I mean....Is it a slam dunk that Cooper will be less than those three cause a Todd/Kiper type said so?

I'm no expert, but all the years watching football players has told me not to label greatness before it's obvious to the most casual observer. Beckham made a great catch, I do get that much but there is much more ahead before I could pronounce greatness for any of these guys.

Opinions remain like A holes, we all have one

I never really thought much about those three and two of them I saw on a weekly basis. Sure a lot has to do with the offense you are involved with in college. After a year, with or without the great catch- I would have totally missed on Beckham. What he did in 12 games as a rookie was amazing. Now he had a better Qb situation than Evans and Watkins and it looks like that will be the same with Cooper so it's hard to judge. I just thought it was odd for McShay to say Cooper would be the fourth. I would disagree

I personally don't like Cooper much at all. Think he will be solid to good, not great in NFL. I'd say maybe Jeremy Maclin type of career.

I can't say that...IMO, Cooper is very smooth in and outta his cuts and will develop into a great route runner in a short amount of time. I wouldn't have a clue what type of career he'll have....way to much between now and then for me to say, but I think is extremely talented
