Here's the thing, I've been thinking about that deal since we did it. H2H makes all the difference, I think. Pick the right pitching matchups and you've got Rizzo contributing to all hitting categories on that side.

I'm not regretting the deal either, in my mind it was too much to pass up. Just wondering now how it's gonna play out. And yes @TREFF , I'm curious to hear your answer. I have to admit, I'm pretty sure I would've traded Springer in that scenario.

Not that it cant be infiltrated... But I know right now, my pitching strategy is high volume and closers... trading for a quality pitcher is not going to do much unless I get a couple more on my team as well... Especially if I am to trade a closer for that quality pitcher...
