do you think the Mets will follow through on an innings limit for Harvey this year? He looks as strong as ever and everything you hear about him suggests he feels great. He's one of the players I targeted early in drafts and ended up with him in both my money leagues. Should I look to trade him in mid to late summer or just roll with him?

Depends what you can get/need. I think they were prepared to let him throw 200 innings this year... I would say 180 is a safe floor.

He didn't have his best stuff tonight and still pitched exceptionally well.

I think he will ONLY be shut down IF the Mets miss the post season. If they remain as hot as they are right now I don't think the Mets would find it possible to shut him down

I love Harvey, but am totally biased. I think TKO has it pegged on the limit. And like Redseat said, he didn't have his best stuff tonight, Cards were swinging at a lot of first-pitch fastballs. That ain't gonna happen again. Curve looked FILTHY.

What was the question again? ;)

He'll likely be the only thing bringing fans to the park in September, so I doubt they shut him down if he's still feeling good.

I traded him in two leagues, one for Edwin and one for Tulo.

Not sure how I feel about it yet...

Haha, I'm the one who traded him EE. We'll see what happens, it was a risky trade.
Well, if your league favors pitching, you might win it. If not, you still could. Ease is struggling a bit, but I think he'll break out of it.
