There is no record of Matt Greenwald on the 247Sports database OR on the Rivals database either but he is listed on HUDL.

And he has recently been on official visits to Wyoming on Feb. 1st, and to Western Illinois on Jan. 27h, and to Northern Colorado on Feb. 2nd.
My GUESS is he is joining Boise State as a Preferred Walk-on - but that is just a guess.
