Oh no...it was actually a penalty on Bernard. He led with his face into the critical part of Shazier's person, the crown of his helmet.

I am surprised they didn't eject Bernard after he wound up waking back up into consciousness. The Bengals got lucky on that play. Not only did Pittsburgh get the ball back in our red zone, but they should have penalized Bernard 15 yards for being so careless.
