I think we'll have to go at least 21-10 down the stretch have a legit shot at the WC spot... 24-7 would win it outright, imo... We should be rooting for the Astro's to sweep the A's this week because we get the A's on Thursday for a 4 game set... This is the best shot for the M's to climb back into it... On the other side, it could determine their season if they fail do take advantage of this opportunity...

Ill make it even simpler. Go 5-1 the next 6 (win 2 in SD, 3/4 in Oak) or pack it in

We have 4 games with San Diego remaining and 3 games with Baltimore which we could maybe do well with. Houston(3), Oakland(7) and New York(3) will probably blow us up and out of any post season hopes. We can thank Dipoto for not beefing up our rotation and Servais for his poor managing of the pitching staff AND ownership for letting this all happen.
