I have a dumb question if teams are going to pay minor league players does that make them free agents? So when things get back together we have a chance to sign some solid minor league players?

Not a dumb question at all. Far as I have read, they are free agents and can sign with whomever but if they are cutting leagues where do you play them? So I guess you sign one cut one these days. Of course I am kind of confused by this whole thing so who knows...lol.

I really fear for the future of minor league baseball
