Mariners have won 5 of their last 7 and are now 3.5 GB of the wildcard.
How come everytime we go on a streak we play the fucking astros?
Paxtons first go back was a murder scene, absolutely nothing looked good. Yikes!!!
Gross, so true...You know it's a bad day at the office when Gallardo pitches better than you do...
Wouldn't that be nice... some sympathy wins please!!!! (wait which hurricane was worse Harvey or Jerry) sorry dark humorThe part I don't figure out is why the Astros don't just let us win all those games? If you were them, wouldn't you rather see the M's who you dominate play in the playoffs vs Twins? Just saying...
I'll go ahead and probably overreact but it gets old.
Same performance against the same team. Game after game, series after series and year after year. Ever since the Astros came to the AL West we have been their bitch. Even back in 2014 when we were fighting for the playoffs and they were bad they still beat us 4 out of 6 in September. Astros broadcast had a stat that we hit .220 against them and .270ish against the rest of the division. Makes sense because it seems like all their starters have our number. Regardless they own us and I don't see it changing anytime soon.
Are you sure the Mariners didn't dash their own dreams? Cause sometimes, it's like they just give up.Ahhh the Astros.... where they dashed the hopes and dreams of this team.
And the Astros were suppose to add wins to our total when they came over since they were bad and we got to play them multiple times...be careful what you wish for I guess.
Along with about every other teams in the league. Perenial losers like the M's continues to relive '95 while a team like the Yankees takes a year or two away from the playoffs and go back to work building a contender. It shouldn't be a surprise this organization is WS-less.Well unlike the Mariners, the Astros execs actually know how to execute a rebuild.
We actually don't know if the Mariners can execute a rebuild because they refuse to tryWell unlike the Mariners, the Astros execs actually know how to execute a rebuild.
