A couple losses, sucks but it happens. Gotta get the sticks hot again, win 1 or 2 of these weekend games and then get on to Detroit and hopefully welcome Segura back into the lineup.

the heart of the lineup averages about $100,000 per game played in salary

underperforming for a handful of games here and there is understandable, but what we have 3 weeks into the season is pure, unadulterated bullshit from them

We have a team that should be playing with urgency, but full of players playing with complacency.

Can't find a pinch hitter for zunino in the 9th and down by a run? I'm starting to wonder about this manager. He keeps doing that.

2-8 to open the year, solid home stand, and back to shitting down their own legs on the road. Bound and determined to make this a difficult year to be a M's fan aren't they?

7 wins, 12 losses. Heroically overtaking the Angels for sole possession of last place. Where are all the cheerleaders? I want my koolaid and their inspirational promise that 'it is still too early'.

I'd like to meet that person. Not sure how you can follow this always abysmal team and still find any kind of silver lining. Our youngest is 15y/o. She has never seen a winning baseball team in Seattle. And at this rate I'm not betting she will before she graduates from High School and heads off to college.

Further, they have had one 7 year stretch with anything that resembles exciting baseball out of their entire 40 year history.

The overly optimistic idiots can stick it up their asses. We've seen this movie before and it always ends the same way.

They don't normally do us the favor of making it this obvious this early. They at least keep that false hope somewhat alive into June.

I guess we do owe them for not stringing us along this year and just slapping the hope right out of from the starting gate. For that, thank you Mariners. #TrueToBeingBlue

If they can't get their damn head out of their own asses and play better on the road I'm done watching. There is no point if you can't do shit on the road. It's 81 fking games!!

My youngest is 12. Fortunately, she doesn't care anything about baseball other than crushing on Taylor Motter. She prefers to watch hockey.
